Returns & Warranty Policy

At Radiant Phi, each unit is custom-made within our existing models. We are not an industrial production company: each unit is handcrafted using high-quality materials and a precise assembly process.

Because this is a handcrafted item made to order, once payment has been received, no returns or refunds are accepted. Each order represents an individual production run specifically for the customer.

1. Warranty

  • All Radiant Phi systems come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • During this period:

  • Radiant Phi covers the repair or replacement of components in case of failures originating in the manufacturing process, as well as the corresponding labor.

  • The customer assumes the shipping costs, both outbound and return, when necessary.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or natural wear and tear over time.

  • Radiant Phi is not responsible for damages that occur during transport, handling by the parcel service, or customs inspection processes.

  • Because each piece of equipment follows a precise technical standard of assembly and validation, any intervention by third parties not authorized by Radiant Phi automatically voids the warranty.

2. Before Shipping

  • Each device is assembled, tested, and verified before leaving the workshop. Our team performs comprehensive electrical checks to ensure system stability and proper operation.

  • The packaging is designed to protect the equipment during transport and includes specific grounding and care instructions to preserve its electromagnetic integrity.

  • At Radiant Phi we understand that energy is not just a technical phenomenon: each creation seeks to maintain a balance between electrical precision and energetic coherence, uniting science, craftsmanship and purpose in every piece.

3. Servicio Técnico

  • We have a technical service available for repairs outside the warranty period.

  • The user can send us their equipment for repair, where it will be checked and serviced directly in our workshop.

  • Where possible, we can also send the component to be replaced along with detailed instructions for carrying out the repair, provided it is a safe and authorized procedure.

  • The technical service has a cost, which is quoted according to the nature of the work or component to be replaced.
